Introduction
Anywho, this is not a mistaken build, in my opinion, this guy is a decent jungler IF you know what you're doing. I won't reccomend this guy to fresh junglers, only to those who have the right runes and know what to do.
Jungle Taric is like jungling Annie, which works, if he doesn't have a Wriggle's with him so the item is a must. However, late game, you can choose to get rid of it for an Atma's or a GA or save it for Baron.
Where I inserted Negatron Cloak is completely situational depending on the amount of gold and scenario your team is in. If heavy AD, I'd say still buy the Cloak since you have your W's passive, however if they begin to tear you to shreds, go Chain Vest.
Everything else given is self explanatory so i won't touch those.
Most importantly, keep enough money stashed for an oracle's cause the support needs to focus on other things too.

Taric doesn't need a leash to start, but I highly reccomend one since you won't have to use a health potion early. Here are my standard routes:
Standard level 4 gank (with leash):
Wolves while ally is hitting it
Blue w/Smite (chug a potion when you get to 75% health)
Wraiths
Golems (chug one at the beginning and spam your heal)
Red w/Smite (better have chugged a healt potion on the way there)
Gank
*Standard route WITHOUT a leash is similar, but do wolves AFTER blue*
Gank at Level 2 with leash:
Wolves
Blue w/Smite, chug pot
Get E instead of heal
Gank
*again, without a leash, skip wolves and just do Blue*
I dislike ganking with Taric before level six but I like it too, since his R is a great support skill in a gank, but it'll be too late to make a difference. so I take Ganks before 6 instead D:
Edits:
Taric NEEDS a really good leash now
ganking at 4 is best time possible and any sooner will be against your favor of living

In a teamfight, you not only double as the tank and the support, you are the initiator if one of the enemies get out of line. Your role is to get in, absorb their skills, and live to use your W, E, R, and then Q yourself to live.
*Note*
YOU ARE NOT AP!!!!!!
YOU ARE AD!!!!!!
Don't dive enemies unless you have your W up, and if you do dive with your W up, don't use it unless you are able to set up a kill for your AD Carry.
*Note #2*
Remember, you are a support, NOT a Carry.
Edit*
The build update focuses mainly on tanking, with enough damage output for you if you need to suicide to save your teammates. however, it relies heavily on you being in their face.
