A couple tips for starting out. Pay attention to their jungler. If the enemies jungler is a blue buff jungler start at your blue. Take a smite less leash and run to the enemies red buff and take it leaving atleast 1 minion. Right after that run to your red buff and take it as well. After you do this run up to the bush beside enemy wolves and wait for the jungler to walk by then jump him on his wolves. If they run red buff then do the opposite and gank by their red bush on their ghasts. This should be enough for you to get started ganking any lane that needs help. When ganking always initiate with your E as to stun then quickly switching to your Q for the damage and finally to your W for the shield and extra life steal. Get fed And play safe. Remember if you don't want to go warmogs depending on the situation you can always get another bloodthirster or some armor pen.
