Pretty much Rumble don't need AP to be strong. He have huge spell damage without AP build and if you have time to deal it in the fight no matter team or solo, you just win it. This tank build will give you this tame. On the lane you need to harass your enemy using flamespitter and when u can el-harpoon. When he or she is under half HP use or Exhaust and chase him whit your flamespitter and el-harpoon. Use Ulti if u have it. With your final heat start a flamespitter to go in overheated mode and smash your opponent.

If they choose Voli and he is top against you, you must change your Exhaust with Ignite. Voli is n't so easy to beat whit Rumble. I'm sorry but I have problems with Tryndamare and i can't tell you how to play against him. If someone can, please leave a comment :) I fight him even till the end he pop his ulti and things goes wrongs. If he don't have this ulti he will not be a problem
