Don't play to aggressively to the point where you may start getting yourself and your team mates killed. Although use her ultimate dragons descent for only three main purposes :- Chasing an enemy that is almost dead, Attacking over a wall, Pushing enemy's into your tea mates for an easy kill. The use of burnout coupled with a twin bite on an enemy champion can be effective not to mention that burnout gives you extra movement speed to chase the enemy. A couple of very important details when using the flame breath; 1. Beware of minions in front of you that may block your ability 2. Remember to take advantage of its armour sapping abilities 3. It is a hell of a lot better and more effective when you are in dragon mode !!

She can be used as a 'jungler' but in my opinion it wastes her very good combat skills !!
