Introduction
Thought processes behind this build:
1) Karma seems to have the capacity to have high health. I figure, that's great for a character that wants to be support.
2) As far as I have seen, Karma is meant to be a least a little AP so Magic Pen. and AP go into this build as well.
3) Right away I noticed I was building her at least a little tank, so Armor was a though, though 222 doesn't look that impressive... At the same time, she has a better Magic resist then some of the Amumu's I've seen so I can't see why this wouldn't be a possibility. If she can stay in the fight, it's better for the team, no?
4) Masteries confuse me sometimes... And Once again, I haven't played her yet so I don't really know the strength of the ability sequence, but it seems to make the most sense to me. You want that AOE damage from her shield, and the fans are her primary attack plus healing for the team!
5) I'm thinking More Cooldown would be nice. But this item build looks better to me so... take liberties?
I'm not looking for popularity here, either you like the build or you hate it. I don't personally know either, just seems like a sensical build if you ask me...
