I like the item build pretty much, but your masteries are not cutting it for me.
You should not be dying a lot even with no HP item in the core (boots+morelo's) still you have 2/3 in less time spend dead? Gold / 10 sec is not worth it imho as well, I would rather get HP/AP/Move speed in the quintessence slots. Greed gives you 6 gold/minute, or 300 gold for 50 min game, so it is not worth it imho. Utility master 2/2 considering you are not getting Blue, and I don't see getting Red as well is not worth it as well. You said you get your regen through masteries, yet only 3 points are dedicated to that. Each time I played Karma I was so mana starved that it was not even funny, as you always are casting something. What do you think about getting Hextech Revolver
and upgrading it to Will of the Ancients before going for Deathcap?

The main thing I want you guys to take from this guide is the strategy, and the items. Runes & Masteries are flexible.

The Less Time Spent Dead mastery is just better than the HP/MP Regen Mastery, because if you do the math it gives you less than 5 MP/5 and 5 HP/5 at level 18. It really is pretty pointless when you look at the math, and I think it is lower than that. The most important thing is the 6% CDR in Utility.

I rarely die as Karma, but the other mastery choice looks pathetic written on paper. Also, 5% more Mana isn't worth giving up extended monster buffs and greed. These are MY opinions.

Quints + Greed = 240 gold per 10 minutes. Like I said, Runes and Masteries are up to YOU. I just like these because, most games last more than 20 minutes, and 480 gold can buy more than 15 AP or 72 HP. I've had EQUAL success with Flat AP Quints and Flat HP Quints. Every Rune I've listed has been beneficial in my travels playing Karma. Do what works best for you and your style.

Most games I play have nobody taking the Golem Blue Buff so I still end up getting it a few times. Also, 30% longer Baron Buff is too good to give up.

I get my Mana Regen Through Runes, Masteries, and Morello's. This gives me enough mana regen (over 40 per 5), and I play aggressive. Rod of Ages and Banshee's Veil gives you over 1000 more Mana, so you won't run out of mana unless you had an extremely long fight.

My Core Build is CDR Boots, Morello's, and Rod of Ages.

Will of the Ancients is a good item that should be on my list for situational items. As a support, the aura is awesome but I wouldn't get it if your team is lacking AP champions. If you have 2 other AP champions besides you, then this item will work very well. It makes you heal yourself for a lot more, and your allies will thank you for the aura.

I will add WotA to my guide right now.

Thanks for the questions, and if I didn't answer them all just ask me again! :)

I don't include Archangel's Staff in the core build, but you are right I will include it in the list of other item options.

The reason I don't use AA Staff is because it doesn't provide any direct survivability. I get my mana regen from Masteries + Morello's Evil Tome, and all the mana I need from Rod of Ages + Banshee's Veil. This build is based on maxing CDR ASAP, so it wouldn't be a good idea to get AA Staff until after getting Boots, Morello's, and RoA.

Otherwise, yeah I can see AA Staff being used on her, but it doesn't fit this core build very well. 5th or 6th item it would be great.

Great guide. I was going to post a nearly identical guide, but I'm glad I checked first.

Thank you very much friend.

It makes me happy to see others appreciate Karma as much as I do! I've been doing my part to show how awesome Karma can be, so I wanted to get the word out that she doesn't suck and she has just as much viability than Janna, if not more.
