Kill Them All

The runes are for maximum damage output and sustainability. The masteries are mainly focused on helping you to survive, as you will be extremely squishy and VERY slow. The skill sequence is good for maximum damage output, and the items give you crazy mana and mana regen, and give you the highest AP achievable by jms in the game. This build is crazy expensive, but you will MELT the enemy team. If you like, then in late game, switch a staff for lich bane, and wonder where the turrets went.
