Its nice build but why ap marks! The magic pen will do much better. stacking rabadon is just the worst idea as i know.
you missed the point, flat AP marks for early damage. The magic pen runes won't help you at all early in the game, and when you are scoring lots of kills, people wont have time to gear towards countering you. I will switch one of the Rabadons for something else. I am thinking Abyssal Scepter instead of Nashor's Tooth, as your cooldowns are very low as they already are.
