Hey guys my name is "gurcemm". I used to be a mid level elo player in season 1 (around 1.8k) but my account blocked. This is my new account and i am still at low elo. Before starting i apologize for my bad grammar. Since its my first guide all helps and comments will be useful for me.

Especially for low-elo you may ask WHY KATARINA ? i hope this guide can explain at least most basic points of katarina.

All champions have weaknesses and strengths (except Corporate MUNDO! who is almighty).

PROS!

- Her "E"is one of the most op skills in LoL

Very Mobile

Can go both top and mid lanes

with correct build and time she is a great addition to most teams

EVERYONE FOCUSES ON YOU

No mana, energy, hp or other source user. Just CDs

CONS!


Very Squishy

Before lvl6 she loses most of the fights

Her ultimate needs to be timed perfectly

Her boobs not gives extra hp :(

I put most possible runes at start but there is some other choices too.
MOVEMENT SPEED vs FLAT AP vs MAGIC PENETRATION

VS VS
The reason i picked Movement Speed Quints is they help you at levels. Without boots you start with 403 movement speed at level 1. This helps you to escape or catch escaping opponents through game as well as giving better chance to land a nice .

Flat AP Quints helps you to harass your opponents at early levels but lose their power greatly as game continues.

Magic Penetration Quints is a very good choice if you have flat AP marks. They are always useful during game and with your [http://edge1.mobafire.com/images/item/abyssal-scepter.gif] + Boots they will shred to squishy champions MR to 0. The reason i don't take this with Magic Pent. Marks they lose efficiency.

MARKS

There should be only magic penetration or flat ap. If you are having a bad early game and want more damage get flat ap marks. However Magic Pent. lets you to damage much more at early game

SEALS

Armor or HP here. If you are at top lane Flat Hp or Hp regen is goo choice. I simply like flats armor over hp but its personal.

GLYPS

MR/per level looks best for these runes. However you can consider CD reduction or flat MR too

Voracity

This may looks to **** passive to most players(especially at low elo) at first sight. But i love is soo much. In team fights this lets you to spam your abilities and ulti non-stop!!!!!.

Bouncing Blade

The second best skill of Katarina after her E, Shunpo. This is a great harassing tool at teamfights and early game. Also helps you to last hit when u can reach your target. This is like a Master Yi Q but hits 6 targets and better.

Max it first for dominating your lane + killing creeps

Killer Instincts

This is a nice utility and buff to katarina's skills. With using W+Q you gave a death sentence to Mundo, Soraka, Taric, GankPlank and other healing/regenerating champions.It also deals full damage to all targets which is quite nice. With using W+E you take 30% less damage which saves your a*s especially at ulti. This combo also has a trick! You appear at behind of target. This gives you more surprise and chance to evade any skill shots or area shots going in front of your target.
Max it last but give a point at level4

Shunpo

One of the most OP skills in game. It is same with Kassadin's Ulti except you need a target to land. There is not much to talk about this skill, just hit it than watch your enemies get confused and die.
Max it second but get a point at level2

Death Lotus

This is your ulti, your most damaging and helpful skill in team fights and the reason why everyone focuses on you all the time. The trick in this skill is not spamming it all the time but waiting right time than spamming it ^^
