Katarina Guide
Katarina - One Ult KO!
Having played Katarina for quite a while now, I highly recommend leveling up Bouncing blade FIRST before Shunpo. It is an excellent harrass tool, which I can even use to take down tanks like Mordekaiser.
I also recommend Hextech Gunblade because her ult shoots the daggers really fast, the spell vamp helps her to survive long enough to Shunpo out of her way.
But besides that, everything else looks great :)
Since iam the first one here to comment i will make my suggestions ...
This guide/build really lacks alot of detail to it, you explain the item choice that you have listed but you don't really explain Katarina and how someone can be successful in a challenging game. You should add more sections on
-How to Fully Use her Abilities-
-When to Use Her Ultimate-
-How to Handle a strong CC team-
-AD vs AP-
-Different Items that can be bought then your recommended-
-Explaination on ALL her abilities (scaling)-
-Pictures of how to enter different Team Fights-
-Who To Target in Team Fights-
Also use pictures and icons and color in your words to make items/names/ important messeges stand out ...
Icons -> +Icon=Katarina Size=40+ (Swap + for [ ] ) to make
I don't agree with your Summoner spell choices on Exhaust and Flash .
1. Exhaust isn't reall necessary as she is a DPS mage assassin, who relies on her distance and nuking ability to kill her targets. Not a head to head brawl fight with AD DPS carries. If your using it to slow people down to get more hits off on your Ultimate then thats what your Rylai's is for ...
2. Flash you really don't need, tower diving is a breeze as her cooldowns get refreshed once she kills or assist an ally to kill a target... If your trying to escape over walls or in a lane where there is no ally to help you shunpo ... Take a ward .. drop the ward where you want and then Shunpo to the ward ... :) ...

that's horrible. she isn't a ranged nuke, her ultimate is a close-range ability. also, rylai's is horrible for keeping targets in range of your ultimate. exhaust and katarina go hand in hand like pb&j
