I have considered buying other items over PD but I don't anymore.The extra 30 % crit is the stuff that powers your entire Damage mechanism.Without it you would have about 22%crit,but with it you have 52%crit,which really helps in all situations.

You seem to ignore all the AP aspects of kayle, which is pretty much most of her, so im not sure how this will play out.

Only one way to find out i guess.

Any AP whatsoever is weakening your power to 2-hit someone and Thrive in fights.

Also, i think you under estimate to offensive capabilities of flash. I often like to flash in and reckon/RF for a kill. Ghost isn't really necessary with points of W.
