w items : 24.25 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 44.25 (240% increase from base, 82% increase from itemless)
* assuming a creep is 26 gold + 10 from mastery. assuming average of 90 second per smite (even though smite is on 60 second cooldown), then 36 / 90 seconds = 4 / 10 seconds

This build can support 5-warding (125g/min) even without the items.
