This shows my recent games, and yes you can get kills with the tank build and your games will be more consistent. Consistency is key :D

Okay so for runes i went at first with the more of the Armor penetration and damage, but then i realized, mannnnn I NEED to be able to survive in them teamfights when I pop my ult! okay so. I went with
9x Greater Marks of Desolation
This was pretty much self explanatory

9X Greater Seal of Vitality
The added Health helps alot, and it will give u enough sustainability to turn a game around late game

9x Glyph of Focus
Okay so, i thought abotu this or magic resistance, i picked this. I found myself on the verge of owning someone but i was eagerly waiting for my dam skills to get off of cool down, this will help with that problem

2X Greater Quints of Desolation
Self explanatory

1x Greater Quint of Fortitude
Its good for early game because we are only taking boots

I chose to go 21/8/1 simply because survivability was good and i dont feel jarvan to be a good tank, but a hell of a great Off-tank. So to compensate for not having AD/DPS items I went the offensive mastery

Okay so ive been on many guides looking around to see what people chose as items. Simply i feel that items should compliment what the champ is best for/ lacks. ( if that made sense)

Okay so at the beginning you can go the Boots of speed 2 health pots and a mana pot. I feel that this should be used by someone who is familiar with Jarvan, a first time player should just go with the Dorain shield.

The boots do good at the beginning, if u havent realized Jarvan is extremely slow and boots help alot to get that early kill with Ghost.

After that i quickly start building Shurlya Reeveirer, Buying Kindlegem first for HP. than finishing the rest. This Item helps with you Mana problems, gives some hp, reduces cooldowns and gives you a burst of speed every 60 seconds. Really this item helps with all of Jarvans lacks. All so good chasing item and the spped helps u set up a Damaican standard combo

Depends on how the game is going, I usually go for the Whisperer than Banshees. Whisper gives u that damage u need to get the kill, so its a non negotiable item

next Banshees, Honestly this thing just saves you from so many deaths and not to note the cool bubble is a plus. This gives u HP, Mana, and magic resist all very important. This item is also very important when u are on the offence, why? well because many times after using your ULT u can get stunned in ur " Arena" and this gives u less of a cahnge to get the kill off.

By now you should have a significant amount of HP and a Atmas will only boost your damage. It is a great item

Lastly I usually go with Ghost Blade. Its active affect is great for attackspeed, Movement speed. Good for chasing escaping and just raping everyone

Summoner spells i choose to go with Ghost and Ignite

Ghost is a obvious because he is soo slow.....

Ignite is a great skill because you can find yourself getting ksed alot, ignite can help solidify those kills.

Exhaust is also good, but i your W skill does a good job at slowing them down

this guide is still in construction, as a first time guide maker i wouldnt mind some advice or pointers. Or hey if someone can make a nicer looking guide for this build, i wouldnt mind it! its all for a good purpose!

Jarvan Farming is one of the easiest types of farming. First drop your E ( Flag) on the back row of minions( ON THE MINIONS, The Flag DOES DAMAGE) and use your Q skill, this will guarantee 3 to 4 minions kills every Wave.. You should not end the game with less than 120 Minions kills.
