every 5th attack you apply a mark of the storm - attack minions until your 4th attack, and then save your next autoattack for an enemy champ.

every time you get 3 marks of storm on a champ, you stun them for 1 sec, this can be pulled off by the following order: throw a Q(shuriken) at them and/or next use your lightning rush and hit them with it, instantly pop your electrical surge and as soon as this happens, pop your ult, this will stun them, hit them with your Q and keep auto attacking them, they will die.

Always remember to pick up HP potions every time you port back to base, and put it in your 1 slot, so you can associate hitting 1 to save your life. After level 10 or so you don't need these anymore, and you won't have the room for it neways.

Also, very important, in game, press esc and go into key bindings, put your Q on smartspell cast, this prevents you from having to click where you want your Shuriken to go, and it just goes where your mouse is on screen when you hit Q.

Because this build has lots of increased attack speed, you can literally go toe to toe with any champ. You are attacking so fast that you are constantly stun locking them, and if they are a mana user you drain the hell out of their mana pool as they fight you, and you're also wearing down their magic resistance. basically, each auto-attack hits for over 200 dmg.
