Short and sweet but informative. I like it. You should add a basic rotation for when a 1v1 or team fight starts, particularly because most of the abilities are near the same level for this build.

In my opinion I would change out void staff for another item (I would put an Abyssal Sccepter). The 40% magic pen gets applied after the base amount from boots/runes/other items, which won't amount to much if the enemy has relatively low magic resist. Just my 2 cents.
