i find that i don't get the buffs very often. on top of that i also notice that while i play even with focusing on last hitting cash influx is very slow. once kennen has made enough money to get to sheen there is little that can stop him. by this time I usually have 4-5 stacks (or in a match where I'm doing bad 2) and have enough AP that i can actually start farming well.

Kilroy wouldnt it be better to take both points in neutral monster buffs instead on one point in greed?

yea the focus of the build is survivability and lane control.
edit----I'm sorry I meant map control. both of which come from run speed

Erik you are also running into the Defense Tree. That means you have more duribility than this build which is Utility based.

I can see your point about abyssal scepter. Its nice if you are running an AP heavy team, but if you need more survival, than Rylia's isnt a bad item. It all depends on team comp.

Fruits there is no reason to threaten with downvotes. Thats not right. A simple recommendation of an item, with good reasoning behind it, is not reason to rage and rogue downvote.

I would recommend getting an Abyssal Scepter instead of another Rylai's. The extra 20 Magic Pen for you and the rest of your team will be much more beneficial than the extra health. Also, your skill levels are a little messed up because you can get your ulti at 11 and 16, not 10 and 15.

I cant say that teleport it a bad summoner spell.

great mobility and its a powerful tool if you are into tele-ganking. You can use this on your teams wards and set up ganks extremely well. Its an awesome spell for kennen IMO +1

ill say +1 but ''teleportation'' could definitely be replace by sumthin else.
