INTRODUCTION
Once i made a build for Kennen, which was focusing on Attack Speed, when I once played Kennen I realized i was completly wrong, i wasn't using normal attack often anyway, so why attack speed?
SKILLS:
Mark of the Storm(Passive) Your abbilities add Marks to enemies, at 3 Marks enemy gets stunned and you recover some Enegry
Thundering Shuriken Linear Skillshot dealing TONS of damage and afflicting with one Mark, say hello to your new Basic Attack.
Electrical Surge Deals magic damage to every enemy near you, if they got afflicted by Mark and adds another one. Excellent combo with Rush if you want to farm fast.
Lightning Rush Boosts up your speed and afflicts everyone you touch with Mark. Excellent combo with Surge
Slicing Maelstrom(Ultimate) Creates an area around you, striking random enemy there every 0.5 sec, cant strike same enemy more than 3 times. Very good for team fights.
IN-GAME
Early Game
Start by getting Boots and a HP potion. Go to middle lane, change places with someone if there's Veigar, AP champ doesn't have a chance against him. Dont be aggresive, throw enemy with Thunder and get out of range, play defensively, use normal attacks only at minions, and if you stun enemy with 3 Marks after enemy gets out of stun, continue attacking and using Thunder when it's not on cooldown, or fall back if he's got HP/DPS advantage.
Mid Game
This phase isn't much different that Early, just do as earlier, but start tower pushing, if you are getting fed and outlevel enemies a lot, you can play aggresive. You can also go get Golem Buff for CD Reduction or Lizard Buff for slowing enemies.
Late Game
Keep pushing, dont be too aggresive, use Maelstrom in teamfights, try to stun enemies ASAP. If enemies got at least 2 destroyed turrets at mid and whole your team has around 16-18 lvl, go kill Baron and push mid, gg.
WORST ENEMIES
Morgana- Why?Black Shield! Weakens your abillities against shielded enemy and makes you unable to afflict them with marks!
Veigar- Why?When Maxed his Primordial Burst deals 500 damage + a % of his and YOUR AP!
