The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
First wanted to leave explained that I am not as fluent in English, so I'll try to use few words as possible.
Why Quinn jungle? 'Cause she have 2 skills that will help a lot in all lanes: Blinding Assault wich, as the name says, blind the enemies; and Vault wich will slow your enemies. These two abilities combined with your Passive Harrier will give you much power. =D
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Mark of Armor Penetration
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
First is good to know that it is always good to start with a bit of armor and magic resistance, for this reason you should start with Greater Seal of Armor and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist.
It is also good to have a bit of armor penetration, after all, all your damage is AD. So you use: Greater Mark of Armor Penetration.
And is good start with a bit of extra damage: Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage.
And you ask me: "Why Quintessence with attack damage and Mark with armor penetration?".
It's easy to answer: It's far better to have the amount of armor penetration that the Greater Mark of Armor Penetration provides.
And the Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage gives you much more attack damage than the Greater Mark of Attack Damage would.
You will go jungle, so it's good to start with Hunter's Machete( that will become your Wriggle's Lantern) and 5 Health Potion. And in the future you'll make your Berserker's Greaves.
First you need to know that in jungle, Quinn is better like a bruiser, not like an AD Carry... so, you'll make itens that provides life, damage and armor/magic resist.
In this season, an item that is being overused is Blade of the Ruined King, that provides you attack speed, much damage and life steal.
Latter you can make an Frozen Mallet or The Black Cleaver. "Wich should I choose?"
It depends on your type of game, if you need a excessive damage and there have enough enemies with armor you should make The Black Cleaver but if your team has enough damage and / or can not move forward, it's good a Frozen Mallet.
Next you can make an Statikk Shiv. Tihs will make you run faster, more critical, attack speed, and his passive will make you kill really, really fast.
Next, you should make your Maw of Malmortius and/or Warmog's Armor. If you want, you could change Statikk by one of these two.
With all champions, you will fix the ultimate, obviously: tag team.
You will master the Blinding Assault because when you gank you will blind your enemies, and in the jungle, the AoE of this skill will help. Note: The blind will apply in the jungle.
Next, you will master the Vault because slow the enemie, and applies Harrier.
For the end, you will master the Heightened Senses it will help you when you cast your ultimate, promoting attack speed... and in Quinn form, the passive and active will help you a lot.
Your combo: You will wait to apply Harrier, then, if the enemy come attack you, you use Blinding Assault, and then Vault, to slow and apply Harrier again.
When you active tag team, you will gain some movement speed. Use it again only in extreme cases: the damage of the ultimate is very big. And Heightened Senses increases your attack speed when you're in form of Valor, then it will help you a lot.
