While realizing that this is probably an AS build, I would recommend that you max out Bio-arcane barrage first, as it is your main damage ability. That with Blood Razor gives you some early DPS, the attack speed boost isn't as useful as the damage ability on Bio Arcane, imo. Also, could use a description, otherwise it's just another similar Kog build. Also, Kog is Squishy, and HEAL is not going to do a THING about that. I would recommend FLASH instead. Better for landing that slow or last ult hit to finish off, or running from a gank.
Also, wouldn't you want magic pen, not armor pen? Bio arcane and Blood Razor are both magic damage, and they're the main damage output for you.
