There seems to be so much hate on a DPS TF build online, while I have little experience in writing guides and hope to continue to add to this build over time, when I actually have time to do this. But this is a DPS build.

This build truly works, and with the new nerf TF ulty this build makes you a great ally for teammates.

The combination of the massive attack speed and damage will compliment any support champion on your team, in addition to the combination of Starks Fervor will help assist your supports.

Getting your attack speed nice and high before trying to make a kill is smart. Save your "w" for second rather than some builds that recommend first, get some gold and level up a bit and use your "q" as your first ability as a way to keep enemies at a distance while you farm more creeps.

Once you get your attack speed up, and get through most of this guild give a good shot at a gank to an outside lane using your ult, and do some massive damage and allow others to assist or even take the kills, preferably AP supports.
