Hello and welcome to my ultimate fiddlesticks build! the main focus of this build is to pwn with max ability power and cooldown reduction for all of your crow storming, dark winding, terrifying, and life draining needs!

For my runes i get magic pen marks, man regen seals, cdr glyphs, and magic pen quientessenses for that never ending crow storm your looking for!

For masteries i go 9/0/21 for max utility.

There is no if, ands, or buts about this, use what you see up top and dont substitute for any thing else! My item build is mostly focused on magic damage and cooldown reduction to easily drain and crow storm more.

For my skill sequences i start with drain so i dont die so easily at lvl 1, then go onto dark wind which is very good for getting kills in your lane early game, i get terrify at lvl 3 for survival and so on. Use darkwind to either silence after crow storming or to kill an enemy champion by bouncing it off of another champion or their minions. Use drain for.... well duh survival, and use terrify to assist keeping the enemy in your crowstorm or for survival.

Again no if, ands, or buts about this, get flash and teleport for max ownage! I always use flash either to escape a gank or gank with ult, use teleport to quickly return to your lane when leaving to shop or heal.
