While the item build is good and the guide is as well, the masteries and the choice of not taking Sorcerer's Shoes leave something to be desired.

Magic penetration is essential on any caster. Without Sorcerer's Shoes, Archaic Knowledge, and possibly an Abyssal Staff, you're dealing on average 40% less damage than most other LeBlancs do. So while you'll provide decent utility late-game, you'll be doing pitiful damage alongside it.
