Why you should choose Leblanc as a 5vs5 champion is becouse:
She can counter a lot of other mages becouse of her silence on her Q spell.
She deals a lot of Dmg early mid and late game.
She not one of the difficult mages to play.
She is good to escape from ganks becouse of her W spell.
She have good single target cc with her E and Q spell.
She is a good chaser becouse of her W spell.

Why you shouldnt choose LeBlanc as a 5vs5 chanpion is becouse:
She dosnt have much hp at lvl 1.
Shes getting focused late game if you are getting fed.

When you farm minnions just do it with your normal attack or your Q spell if you have alot of mana.
when you get rabadons deatcat u normally can clear a minion wave with your W spell if you want some easy minion farm or theres alot of minions attacking your tower.

For runes i take 9 Greater Mark of Insight 9 Greater Seal of Clarity 9 Greater Glyph of Force and 9 Greater Quintessence of Potency
I take 9 Greater Mark of Insight becouse then i break their start magic resist.
I take 9 Greater Seal of Clarity becouse she is a mage who uses mana so i need some mana regen so i dont need to recall all the time becouse of mana need.
I take 9 Greater Glyph of Force just for getting alot of ability power at lvl 18.
I take 9 Greater Quintessence of Potency becouse its nice to have some starp ability power so your spells deals more Dmg.

I take a normal 21/0/9 mage rune build so i inprove my ignite and flash gets some exstra ability power cooldown reduction reduce my time spent on death some mana mana regeneration and more buff duration

I start with boots of speed and 3 heal potions becoue if im against a skill shot champion like Lux its easier to run away from the skillshots and ofcouse also to flee if their jungler ganks me and i can stay longer in lane becouse of the heal potions.
Next i pick a rabadons deathcap so i get some high start ability power and inprove the ability power i get later by 30%.
Later i pick sorceres shoes so i get a higher movement speed and some magic penetration.
Then i pick a lich bane to get some magic resist ability power and higher Dmg on some auto attacks.
After that i pick a void staff to get through some of their magic resist and get some ability power.
Next i pick rylais chrystal scepter to get some Health Points some slow on my spells and some ability power.
And last i pick a archangel staff for some mana mana regen and ability power

I pick Flash so its easier to escape and i pick i Ignite for some bonus Dmg and pick up the kills

When you just want to horrash your opponent then hit him with your Q spell and then doble tap on ur W spell
If they dont focus you in the teamfight hit them with E the W then Q and if you can R
If u cant use R then start With Q the W and E
