Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.

I am really new to this and I don't know how to put in images and stuff so i'll go with colors instead ;)
this is my personal guide that I use when I play Leblanc.
Many of you ask why do you build such an expensive build? yeah, i will tell you why.
you get what you pay for it! this means extra vaganza!
When I play Leblanc I always and I say it again ALWAYS grab an amplifying tome and a mana potion
because we all know that leblanc drains mana as hell, that's why i grab that little mana pot.
For an example when you finally achieved lvl 6 and you are about to burst your enemy champion, let's say Caitlyn. You manage to cast your sigil and when you press "R" nothing happens and looks at your mana and says oh F**K and will probably die because of the lack of mana and ofcourse giving yourself away.
I always max my Q after I can't level my Q I always go for my Teleport, why? Because it's perfect with Flash! both for engaging a burst or GTFO!
we both know now when you have my Ap rune build we will end with about 62 AP in the start and ofcourse we both like attention right ;)?
when I hit lvl 2 I'll start to play more aggressive because I know I can teleport back with hitting W twice really quick or just spamm till she gets there.
My skill sequence of hitting level two have different paths of harrassing.
When I meet an AD carry I want to be as far away from the enemy as possible so I will jump in the W and the cast the sigil, Note that the teleport MAY NOT HIT the AD enemy, try to place it somewhere safe but still in range for your sigil and *poff* teleport back to safety!
When I meet an AP caster I want to teleport - hit - silence - teleport back for as much damage as possible, why?
ofcourse my dear, silence = no skills and you know what that means!? no damage dealt except a couple of auto attacks but who cares right? ;D you can now easily harass and still be high on hp while your let's see, Brand goes behind the turret and teleports away<3
At this time the game has gone on for a few minutes and probably have someone got the first blood, if it's you hurry back and buy a mejais and please.. try not to die :D , if not please continue what you are doing best ,just mingle and leech experience but this is only if the enemy is ruling the mid. You can ask for help or switch if it's getting hard on mid but meeting Leblanc at mid is probably everyones nightmare so don't hesitate to harrass him/ her out of the way!
Leblanc lacks at farming minions so try to save your mana for the champions and not the minion waves, you've plenty of time, trust me :)
Please don't down vote because i can't put in pictures :) use your imagination hehe!
Pros and Cons
-Complete lane domination early till level 10~
-Very good ganker, can easily slip to top or bottom without going unnoticed and get a kill or two.
-Is super mobile, can get away from ganks pretty easy
-INSANE damage dealer throughout the whole game
-Targeted first in team fights
-Runs on low mana, so kind of a blue rune dependancy
This is fairly easy
Teleport and Clarity for the more pushy type.
Flash and Ignite for instant kill.
Ghost and Exhaust for the extra chasing type.
or Heal and Clarity but then you need to change the masteries a little.
the masteries will be like 22 / 1 / 7
take away the good hands and put it into the defence mastery.
