This is a guide for people who know about LeBlancs spells and how to use it. So I will just give some short description about who I personally play her.

1. I ALWAYS went mid. It is just awesome to push with your Q (Run in range, cast, run out, wait for cd, run in range....). Sure, you wwill not get that much minions, in case your opponent knows how to play, but I promise you...you will push him! You have a pretty nice dmg output before level 6 and after level 6...yeah you know...:-) Q+R = 50%+ of his max. HP every 30seconds, and you have 2 skills left.

2. You arethe champion who is supposed to get Mejas, you go in kill somebody in 2seconds and jump out. Minimum 2 Stacks every Teamfight + Assists... .

3. Then you can go for the usual burst-ap-build. But the items I take are just a personal way (after Rabadons but that should be obviously). Cristal is an awesome item to buy. It gives you all you need. Ap+HP+ a decent slow if he is able to run away (hehe, that should never happen when you hit with chain ;) )

4. The runes I take are awesome, too. You will deal high damage at level 1, you get enough HP for staying mid... but yeah here you can change some runes, like you wish. Take some mana/5s if you need it, get some mpen essences if you like them, it is all about you.
