Introduction

I'm Cramsn, and i'm a Lee Sin player. In this guide I hope to teach you a thing or two about Lee Sin. In this guide you will hopefully learn how to do some of the more fancy tricks Lee is capable of. It's almost impossible to learn everything about Lee but here's a start, I guess.

Lee Sin Pros / Cons

Pro's
- Fantastic early game.
- Good engage, disengage.
- A lot of damage, tank potential.
- Good at picking people off.
- Huge play maker.
- Incredibly fun.
- Endless combos.
- Not over played.

Con's
- Can fall off during late game.
- Runs out of energy extremely fast (Unless you apply passive)
- Hard to perfect Ward hops, Flash kicks, Insecs...etc
- Requires decent mechanics.

Ranked Play

People who do not know how to properly play Lee can manage in ranked. But it is much better to know how to play him as you will offer so much more to your team. If you plan on consistently playing him in ranked, learn him, and learn him well. You will be a main resource of your team. If you can play him, he is a great choice in ranked.

Runes

In case anyone would like to have an explanation for my choice of runes, here it is. Really the only thing that is 'controversial' about it is the Glyphs. 6x CDR and 3x MR Per level. With Lee, I find it great to be able to spam abilities because sometimes, you miss. And with use of his passive, you can quickly regenerate energy. For the MR, you simply do not get enough by having regular 3x Magic Resist. Plus, it's usually not needed as much in the early game in comparison to the late game. With that, it's more efficient to use scaling MR runes.

Tips and tricks

Passive - BE SURE to make use of his passive (Flurry). Every time Lee uses an ability, he gains 40% attack speed. Since Lee's abilities have two things to them, it's quite easy to do this. However, this is really only useful in levels 1-2, and jungle clearing because after 1-2, you have 3 abilities you can spam. Plus, this doesn't really come in handy in fights that much, but it's good to keep in mind. When clearing, DO NOT spam abilities during levels 1-3. It results in you getting extremely low.
Abilites - Your W gives you a shield. That's pretty obvious. The shield isn't the best, but, it's good enough to save your teammates from ticks of ignite, and other things. Your E not only does magic damage, but also reveals hidden enemies. Such as Shaco in Q, Rengar in ult, LeBlanc in Passive, and any other champion that has an ability to go invisible. They just have to be in a certain range. Your Q also reveals enemies, but you just have to hit them with it. Also, you can place wards, and do other things Mid 2nd Q. So when you're flying in the air, you can place a ward behind them, W to it, and kick them to your teammates for a cool combo. Easier said than done.

Team Work

Ganking - Lee Sin is a very gank reliant champ. His early game is way too good to not take advantage of that. Plus, ganking is how you will snowball yourself, and Lee is extremely strong when he is ahead. Therefore, prioritize ganking. I prefer snowballing lanes rather than being consistent in all lanes.
Counter Jungling - Whether you counter jungle is up to you. But if the enemy jungle is someone like Eve, Rengar, Nidalee, or literally any jungler that gets very low early and has low early game sustain, counter jungle them. If you find them while you're level 2, it should result in a kill. Have your team ward the enemy buffs to make it easier.
Team Fights - Your role in team fights depends on how many tanks you have and whether it's mid or late game. In the late game, you should be somewhat tanky. This means you would be frontline. When teamfighting, look for opportunities to kick someone to your team or get a multi-person kick. Before you do so, make sure your team can actually follow up on it. Always use your abilities for engage. Support should be the one helping with disengage. If you must, you can. But it's more efficient to save the amount of resources Lee has.
