Introduction/Disclaimer
A lot of people are probably looking at this build and going wtf is he thinking, no scaling runes? Well to be honest I've found that if Lee Sin gets rolling he tends not to be able to be stopped he's tough to bring down with no runes at the beginning lets make it nigh impossible. Are these set in stone, and to be honest I hope for some input from everyone trying out THE BLIND TANK!!!!
The items here are pretty obvious why they would be chosen, but anyone can tell that picking up a Banshee's against an all AD team is pretty terribad, so I will assume that people have some judgement and give them the benefit of the doubt. I will tell you that there are two items in this build that are non negotiable, the warmogs and the first bloodthirster, without them this build is doomed to failure.
For summoner spells I personally enjoy Exhaust and Ghost. Ghost will frequently get you out of bad situations or into good ones in a hurry, let you run to save that carry or run to save yourself to defend that tower. Exhaust serves the same purpose to be honest but is frequently used more offensively, trust me your Kog Maw appreciates it.
Pros of Lee Sin the Blind Tank:
The ability to get around in fights quickly is amazing.
The ability to shield an ally is essential.
Its always infinitely more fun to break the mold.
Cons of the Blind Tank:
This requires skill! No herpa Derp dragon raging their Carry next to yours.
You lack early game damage.
Your team will probably say wtf Lee Sin is not a tank NOOB!!! (repeatedly. Don't worry they'll stop after about 20 min mark)

The first rule of Lee Sin the Blind Tank is we do not talk about Lee Sin the blind tank.
The second rule of Lee Sin the blind tank is MAKE SURE YOUR TEAMATES KNOW YOU INTEND TO TANK BEFORE THE GAME!!!! I can not emphasize this enough, if people think you are DPSing, its gonna be a long hard road.
Every game of league should involve a lot of teamwork, if it doesn't...well look not to blame others but yourself.

I hope a few have enjoyed playing Lee Sin the blind tank, and if you comment please try it before you do, hard to take advice from people who are overly judgemental and aren't willing to at least give it a chance. If you have advice, I welcome it. This is my first guide and I hope to be constantly improving it. Until next time my blind brethren.
