These items are built in the exact order they are listed. If you would like you may later trade wriggle's for a bloodthirster, though the free ward is very useful throughout the game for baron or dragon.

Start at mini golems. Gank top at lvl 2 if you are purple side (bot if you are blue side). Gank again at lvl 3, and lvl 4, also gank at lvls 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18. If you arent ganking multiple times at every lvl you are doing something very wrong.
