About health stacking - more sooner. By the time you finish all the items listed, it's a bit late for health; it's probably 40 minutes in and a fed carry can tear you up, and God help you if they have Cho'Gath; a Void Staff or a Last Whisper would be overly good. Honestly, it's way too much resists compared to health, even if you forget that you have Eclipse.

Warmog's Armor or even Sunfire Cape or Frozen Mallet contribute more survival than Force of Nature... (You could even consider Soul Shroud, but it's CDR overkill with Frozen Heart + masteries) Anyway, this build is crying out for a Giant's Belt.

You should also redo all the items anyway just so it doesn't list Heart of Gold at the end, because you probably don't mean to get it as your fifth item after two legendary items...

Hmmm... Well first of all.
1. BBCoding. You must use more BBCoding, colors, pictures... make the guide more attractive.
2. Your Masteries. 0/30/0?? No.. Just.. no.. that is a bad choice. Check other Leona guides. Other guides in general. Nobody uses 0/30/0. Use standard masteries. (eg. 21-0-9;0-21-9)
3.Your purchase order. It's not very detailed especially since you have no Items chapter.
4. Force of Nature is a situational item. What if the enemy team is full-AD, than you would have no use for it. It shouldn't be in your main build.
5. Add more chapters. The guide is incomplete.
6. I'm not so sure about heal. And even if I was you didn't mention any other viable spells.

Yes, gentlemen, this is a very rough guide right now. So it looks like an unorganized mess at the moment, but by tonight I'll have it reworked and in proper order as I didn't really know how the guide would come out once I published it but now that I can actually see where everything is placed and how it all looks I'll be sure to make it look better and clean up the chapters.

As for SrbKoggie.... have you ever TRIED a 0/30/0 setup? It works astonishingly well. I've tried the 9/21/0 and I worked the 0/21/9 setup for the longest time. Like, I said... this is something that works FOR ME and isn't promised to work for you. Leona and Singed are the ONLY champs I do this with(to be honest I don't know why) but it works and I don't break away from what I know will give me results.

Well, if you say so. I it's just cause i din't try 0-30-0 or 30-0-0 ir 0-0-30.
Masteries don't cost money so I'll try it.

I'm glad you changed the item sequence. Still could use more chapters though.

Speaking of masteries, you don't have Enlightenment marked, and you only get 30% from items... That extra 8% CDR will make a much bigger difference than that 3HP5 overall.

I actually don't know WHY I have those points in there. If you check my actual summoner page in-game you'll see I use the CD Redux masteries.
