Hello every one, this is my first build . I hope you can understand my point of view cause i'm swiss and my english suck :p

I choise heal reneration on lvl cause at the lvl 6 you have all ready more. i have got the same choise for magic resistant and for the 3 quitessence. I know is a strange choise but it's mine ;)

The cooldown reduces is good when you want stop some one and you must wait CD. many time i see my opponent run away cause my cd is too long.

I choise this masteries cause i play fully tank i take the heal point cause i find in early game is a good think you can use it then wait under turret. so you don't use potion or back.

Why this two skills ?
First the heal, like i say higher is power is usefull when you are in early game and you want make something danger you can use heal for last hit before die :D or for stay in lane longer when your mate goes back.
the second way is the tower diving a little bit more life and regene hp is every nice when you take the tower shots.

The ghost choise is first for run away when you have low hp the ghost is better for me than the flash for tank.
The second way to use that is for dash on one ennemy or comming quickly on your mates

The hardest part is explain how i play her hehe :P

before the lvl 3 when the opponent are nicely i use only my solar shield for creed a little bit.
after that the sequence skill is when you are in lane
1) be in butches
2) solar shield then dash => stun
