Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hi today I'm here to talk about Vayne, The night hunter
Vayne is a ranged DPS assassin/carry, She's big on mobility and suprise, pinning down single targets and severely weakening them befora they can retaliate
Pros / Cons
-Good last hitting tools
-**** back and sometimes stun
-Good damage with and without items
-Good passive for chase
-Begins with poor attack speed
-Low movent speed
-Hard to use and master
Your text to link here...-I get Greater Mark of Desolation because it's really good for vayne espacially early on
- I pick Greater seal of might because vayne can be an assassin but she still's a carry
- I pick Greater glyph of alacrity because vayne early on its realy slow attacking
[/img]- I get a Greater Quintenssence of Desolation to increase my basic attacks, silver bolts and tumble damage early on
- This should be your very first item, it adds both HP, damage and a bit of lifesteal
- Well i dont think these needs much of an explanation
-This should be your next item, it adds critical chance, attack speed and movement speed, a great item which really gives you some attack speed to make it faster to proc Silver bullets and do damage overall
-Very nice item, attack damage, attack speed and 15 armor each hit stacking up to 3 times
- Grab your Infinity Edge and you will hit like a truck with your crits, this will leave you with 57% crit chance and the item adds both attack damage and a nice passive making you crit 250% damage instead of the usual 200%, a must buy on all AD carries.
-This is also a great item on Vayne Slow on attack speed and the same effect as a Sheen if you Tumble First and then attack you will deal some massive damage.
-remember to get the stacks on it from killing minions, the 40 bonus and 10% lifesteal really helps a lot, overall a great item for damage and lifesteal
Night Hunter - one of the best passive in the game perfect for chases
Tumble - tumble causes vayne to roll toward your mouse cursor when you activate the ability. Immediately upon tumbling, vayne's next attack will deal significan't bonus damage
Silver Bolts - with Silver Bolts, Vayne's third consecutive attack and/or ability on an enemy will deal significan't bonus treu damage, note that hitting an alternate target will start the combo over on the new foe
Condemn- condemn damages and knocks back a single enemy. If the target is knocked into a wall, he gets stunned and takes bonus damage this spell applies one tick of silver
Final Hour- final hour buffs her a few seconds while activated, Vayne gains significan't bonus attack damage, tumble will cause vayne to stealth for a short time, and the movement speed gain from Night Hunter is greatly increased
Last hitting minions is extrely important for Vayne. with some life steal vayne can clear a minion wave on it's own early on.
Around half way to level 7, I have got a doran's blade, a boots of speed and 1400 gold to spend, try to beat that score yourself
Always save condemn to pin enemys to walls preventing there escape.
On teamfigh you should condemn the most scary enemie away.
Vayne is great at cleaning up low health enemies because she deals exceptional burst. so if you see someone running out of a teamfight with low health use tumble to chase him and kill him with silver bolts.
Creeping / Jungling
You don't need to jungle much but if you want the Lizard buff its one of the best for vayne and any good carry.
The golem buff you don't need but if youre having problems with mana early on this buff helps alot and also gives CDR because carry's are realy powerful early on the only problem is that carrys can't unleash there true power early on some need items but in Vayne cause the 3 things that keep her from unleashing her true power early on are mana problems, low mana pool and long cooldowns
Early aggression is extremely powerful for vayne.
Vayne's harass game is very strong. If you're in ranged for one attack, you should attack, tumble, attack again, and then chase for the third hit to trigger silver bolts.
this damage will often catch opponentes by supprise by shooting,Tumbling and shooting again.
because of your powerful early game, you can often push your opponents out of experience range, its important to realize taht you can't always do this at level 1.
It's almost impossible to chase down Vayne 1vs1 once they come to attack just tumble away from them and using condemn when threatened
Vayne's best fights are 1vs1, especially once you have trinity force.
