Spells:

Flash

Runes

I take ordinary mage runes.
Mana,Penaration,Ability Power.

Masteries

I take everything that buffs my mana in utility
and everything that makes sense with AP casters(penartration,ap)

Items

Rabadon Deathcap-General AP Item in LeBlancs case i take it second when enemies dont have enough magic resisstance and having them as easy targets.Zhryonas Hourglass-Helps me survive in 2 cases:1st case:Vs Psychical Damage Carry.2nd-Helps me survive channeling spells.R
Ryalis Crystal Scepter-I take it for easy chasing,ap and health comes useful with Zhryonas Hourglass already bought.(Helps you survive)Abysall Crystal helps me fighting tanks.I bought Void staff becouse of same reason(Tanks)

Summoner Spells

Flash is my main chasing spell when my Disortion is on coldown thats why i take it.13 seconds after Disortion is used they are capable escaping.
LeBlanc really has problems with returning to lane so i take Teleport to help me solving it.

Escape ganks

Use Ethenal Chains and Ethenal Chains:Mimic on those that are in your lane(Ganker and Laner)
Wait a moment and when they are binded use your Disortion to stay back.If 1 of those have flash or in some cases that enemies are something like Nidalee that can chase you down use your Sigl of silence on her so she is unable to chase you.

Skill Sequence

Ethenal Chains are dealing much damage as Sigl of silence on low levels and it also gives our team to take FB becouse of Ethenal Chains-Enemies wont be able to escape.
After i get Mimic Sigl of Silence is my main source of damage so i max it first followed by Ethenak Chains ofcourse after level 6.Disortion is my Chasing and Escaping Spell.Its on High Coldown so it wont give me chance to farm minions or deal big damage in fights.
