Well, its pretty simple, when someone on your team is in danger you act like their and old person that has fallen and can't get up and everyone on your team goes to that lane and saves them. I know what you may be thinking, "Well, if everyone goes to one lane won't the other lanes get pushed?" I have the answer, if everyone is in one lane, the enemy team that is in the same lane will be forced to give a tower and the other people will have to come help the lane. And when I say everyone on the map, I mean everyone. I don't care if the jungler is in the middle of blue he needs to get his *** to what ever lane needs help. This strategy is especially good when you team has a lot of cc and cc's people down one by one.
