Teemo is a swift attacker.
He needs attack speed in order to absolutely farm the enemy.
If you use this build, his attack speed will be TERRIFYING.
This is also a great build for new Teemo players if you don't "agree" with his recommended build.
If you don't get what I mean about the skill build (the end, all r) I mean the rest has to be his last move because the rest are finished.

Pros about Teemo-
-Super fast attack speed
-Can slow enemy
-Poison will finish off enemies with low hp
-Long range and tough

Cons-
-If Teemo battles someone with a lot of attack damage, he will die quickly if he doesn't run.
-Low health against tanks and "power spammers"

How to use Teemo-
If the enemy is running away, its best to use Move Quickly and Blinding Dart to slow him and make you go faster to catch up.
Use Noxious Trap to slow enemies so you can cancel their escape route and do damage at the same time!
A lot of mushrooms (Noxious Trap) will do an effective amount of damage to the target and other nearby enemies.
You can also use Noxious Trap to help allies run away by putting them ahead of your ally and slowing the enemy with Blinding Dart.
