You are Olaf. Invincible tanky CDR true damage spamming Olaf. Lightning does strike twice and it hits hard. I wouldn't be surprised if this build was somehow viable (trollface.jpg) but that remains doubtful.

Your goal is SPAM E AS MUCH AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. With your CDR reduction, you will be constantly spamming E (maybe Q if you want because you have so much CDR reduction) and nuking everyone, while simultaneously taking an enormous amount of damage.

ALL.
CDR.
RUNES.

You want so much CDR that your E is off cooldown before you even use it.
Before you start the game.
It should never be on cooldown and you should just turn smartcast on and constantly press E. Use dat shiznit on everythang!

Typical damage masteries because I feel like this could be possible but this is still a pretty humorous build.

CDR items and tank items. 4K health with 250 armor and MR is nothing to laugh at, not counting your spammable 340 true damage.

You are basically a walking lightning rod that cannot die.

Prioritize E. E is like your mother. Its loving embrace will give you lots and lots of love.

Olaf even has his own clothing line- Young&RecklessSwing. It's for you hipsters out there because Bromecia is just that in.

Take Exhaust because you will want to run in and CC the enemy carry, spam E, and run with Ghost or blow someone up with your Ghost-E combo.

You can also take Rally and Revive.
Rally is the best summoner spell (sleeper OP, basically a godlike spell according to ALL DA PROZ and HIGH EELOWS!!1!).
Revive lets you go really fast and you can use Ghost with it (hax) for maximum speed Runlaf.

Don't use this in ranked unless you're Dyrus.

Oh yeah, make sure you use the Brolaf skin or his other skins. He's such a boss with any of them. Brolaf makes E do extra damage by the way.
