Ok been busy with playing and working on a tool to calculate stats, so time to update the guides.

Yea, cd red, inf edge and other expensive end game items are really great on him. For those: read all the other builds. Like every other build out there.

Again, i will repeat for the 100th time: i like to post additional builds for people to try out. If you don`t like it, downvote for sure, i`ll remove anything that gets too much downvotes with good reasons.

I still like this one for me and only 2 votes aren`t convincing me otherwise. It is a fun alternative to try for a change, it`s better early game for my taste and less effecive the last few minutes. So be it.

you cant play panth as a pure auto attacker with no attack speed.. panth really needs COOLDOWN REDUCTION

improve your masteries:

(i play dominion only)

offensive (14 points)
tier 1 critcal & exhaust (4points)
tier 2 CDR + 1 point attack speed (5 points)
tier 4 armor pen (3 points)
tier 5 attack damage (2 points)

defensive (16 points)
armor
magic resist
dodge
health points

and for items i would recommend:

brutalizer
merc tread
vampiric scepter
last whisper
sanguine blade
glacial shroud
...

This just really doesn't make sense item wise (even if you are mixing it up). I tried it out, and I just found it blatantly ineffective. It's definitely well written, but I think you should make it more user friendly. I gotta downvote on this one, maybe after MAJOR edits I will change my vote.

Update: the hextech is truely sucky. They reduced all stats. I updated it: DONT take it.

I took hexdrinker, for it is cheap and nice. Fits right in this build.

Also boots, agreed on having mercuries, i tried them both. The mercuries are good against teams with hybrids, slow and stun. but less nice against teams with high AD champs. I found out that the 25% attack speed does make the difference against those champions and the MR is totally useless against this type of enemy, so i guess it depends on opponent which i prefer

for i said it was a NON MAINSTREAM build with optional items. Something people can try out just to see there are more options than just 1 for every game.

This is wrong at so many different lvls it just astonishes me...
1st off, getting hextech to heal, oh please..
I understand the idea of the splash damage to defend over multiple enemies, but just use heartseeker strike and rush high damage items 1st.
Rush Sanguigne blade, get brutalizer and last whisper right after, get mercury thread or some amplyfying mobility boots as PANTH DOES NOT AUTOATTAK THEREFORE ASPD IS USLESS.
get Odin's veil for more defense, stack other strong AD items, try hexdrinker or more sangugne blades
