The reason I don't have a skill sequence is because the concept is simple. Max out your Q first, follow with your E, then your W, obviously get your R whenever you can.

Hello to everyone reading this build. This is a build that I have put together to troll and play competetively a high level. This build incorporates lots and lots of attack speed with some lifesteal. In the late game you are practically unkillable when fed. Even when you're feeding and doing awful, you can still carry your team (LOL). I wish the best of luck to everyone using this build.

Runes do not matter. At the moment, I'm not using any runes because you don't need them.

As far as masteries go, I use Attack Damage and Life Steal only. Some AP masteries might help as Meditate is very viable late game.

Items are very important for this build. You open with Boots and 3 Health pots. After that, you go into Berserkers Greaves, Wriggles Lantern, 3 Phantom Dancers, Infinity Edge. In that order, in the late game, sell the Wriggles Lantern for a Bloodthirster. Selling a phantom dancer for a Black Cleaver doesn't hurt either.

Open up with your Q, then follow up with E and R. Use your W when out of battle and when you need to heal.

I use Flash/Ignite for 1 reason. You're able to catch up on some people and kill them when they have low health. Heal/Teleport is also viable before you get lifesteal and to get to your lane faster.

While farming, just make sure to Q if you want, or E for the extra damage. Either works, both are effective.
