Chapter 1

Hey everybody this Is my first build. So it may be a little rusty but I used this build before and it works perfectly. This build, you really need to know when to time her spells and when to get out and go for a kill. People say she's a support, well I like to think of her as a crazy purple killer

Skill Sequence

You really want to max out glitterLance first because u want that high damage early game. Second you want to max out "HelpPix" this early game can make some problems for the enemy. This does a good amount of damage and if used properly can be used really good with glitter lance. Last you want to max out whimsy, you don't really need it early game, all u need is that slow and protection from it in case of s potential kill or an emergency. You want to cast glitter lance first to damage and slow your oppentent, wait for the 2 seconds to end the slow and then cast HelpPix and him, this will damage him even more, once glitter lance is back up use it rightaway since Pix is on your target so it will auto hit him. This will slow wait for the slow to end then cast whimsy and keep attacking with basic attacks to get a kill or to make him have to fall back to base. To retreat you want to cast glitter lance on your enemy then use whimsy to speed you up out of there, if he catches up and starts to attack you use HelpPix on yourself to shield you, then cast gittlelance again to slow him down

Getting doran rings early game can make you a big threat early game and it also allows you to stay in lane longer because you get that mana regen off of the rings. Even though you are getting the Mejai's soul stealer kinda middle ishe, maybe at 15 or 20mins it can really help you since the Dorians rings won't support you much later. The Rylai's crystalscepter is a really good item for Lulu, it gives her that extra bonus health and that extra AP that she's needs in order to be an effective killer. After the crystalscepter you are going to go for deathcap. The crystalscepter will help you long enough till you get the deathcap. Next you want morello's evil tome, you mostly want it for the cooldown reduction you it makes it easier to land a "glitterlance" after you cast "help pix" on an enemy.

You want to get your AP as high as you can, and also get some mana regen, remember all AP dealers need mana. So you go 21-0-9 Ap and mana regen

Guide Top

Get lots of AP, mana regen, and armor/magic penetration runes to maximize her ability to kill. You need those kinds of runes or else your not gonna get many kills with her.

Pros / Cons

Early game she can be a big threat, that's why you need kills early game, that's where the rings come in.

Middle game she can become a little squishy, but those kills early game with the soulstealer can make you just as of a threat middle game as much as early game.

Team Work

Never go in with lulu alone unless you know you can get the kill and get out. You want to stick with your teammates late game cause your not gonna be that one person who carries the whole team, unless you get max out stack with the soulstealer, then you may but you need your teammate at your side

Summoner Spells

Your ignite is really effective for final killing champs, only use it when the enemy champ is at low health. Then only use flash to get away, never use it to follow, the person you may be chasing may just me leading you to a trap.
