This is mainly a harrasing build using Lucent Singularity and setting up a good stun using Light Binding these two work well together cause well to be honest they are annoying as hell which makes em good.

Primatic Barrier can save a friend or you depending on the situation

Finales Funkeln is simply amazing it can get someone from far away who is running towards there turrent or up close at your turrent to keep them away also with ability power and magic penatration purely rips peoples faces off which is a good thing.

if you having problems with health go with Rylai's Crystal Staff and Rod of ages instead of two Archangel Staff

Because of this build your ability power will be some where in the range of 850ish means that you will be targeted frequently
