The Runes and summoner spells , allows Lux to harrass opponent greatly at mid , and with the mana regen , lux can keep on harrasing with Lucent. Mozz tome and ionian boots ensure that Lux's ultimate with be at 24sec Cool down , at level 16 providing that elixer of brilliance or a blue buff is aquired .
