Lux - The Deadly Light-Mage

Hi and welcome to my guide.
Lux is - to me - one of the funniest and best characters so far.
Not only is she fun to play, but also good to have on your team.

The item build will depend on which oponoments you are up against, if they are physical or magical damage dealers etc.

The core items whatever team you are facing is the following:


Inbetween those you can buy a if you like. It's some great extra AP, if you get it stacked. If not, then its a waste of cash.

You got 3 DMG spells, Including your ultimate.
These are Finales Funkeln
The last ability you got is your shield , witch is used best to shield you and yuour teamates before or/and after a gank, depending on the situation.
My advise to you is to save your shield to block incoming damage on yourself or an low hp ally after a gank or during lane phase. Just to block off that DMG that would kill you.

(Dont you ever forget to take advantage of you'r passive, witch ignites the targets of your spells and deals bonus magic damage to them when hit by you'r auto attacks).
So... Most often your spell rotation will be like this.

That is; Q - E - R
Now, to max out your damage, try.. no not try, Learn, to time your autoattacks inbetween your spells all the time. So that the skillrotation becomes;
Q - Autoattack - E - Autoattack -- And then finish them off with your ultimate R

Its not that the autoattack inbetween does "IMBA" damage, but it does quiet alot.
Often more than enemy champions think. So they might underestemate you.
And some champions will keep your passive in mind and keep distance while it's active on them.


During Laning phase i suggest you harras as much as possible with your E spell;
And save your lock till you and you'r mate are rdy to finish them off, or to lock an enemy jungler or missing who has come to gank you.
Also this is a good time to get your shield rdy for use.
Remember that it shields you twise. On the way out, and on the way back.

Things to keep in mind while playing Lux:

Passive
Lux'es passive ignites the enemychampion/'s who has suffered damage from one of lux'es spells.
If shot by autoshot while ignited, the target will take extra magical damage, based on Lux'es level.

Lock
Lux'es Light Binding bounses off the target it hit's making it possible to lock and ignite two target at once. The secound target suffers a shorter lock and damage than the first target does.

Slow
Lux'es Lucent Singularity is a slow while still active.
This can be used to escape / Chase or kill.
1 good combo is to slow the enemy champion inside the Lucent Singularity and then use your ultimate. That way they wont be able to avoid it as easily.

Lux'es Lucent Singularity also gives vision in brushes and fog of war.
So it can be used to scout nearby areas for enemys.

Due to my time limits i can't finish this guide yet. But i will As soon as i get time to do it.
