Nice detailed build, though even maxed you're less than 2000 health and less than 300 AP - having lots of CD will definitely help you as a support player, but in my experience playing Lux as defensive is wasting sooo much potential - she's phenomenal early game if handled right. I do go for frozen heart as my final item if the game lasts a long time for the CD, but with her ult being so short anyway I think extra AP and health can make a huge difference early & mid over 20% CD.

You might also note that you're including the now-deceased ring :) Great detailed build though, just a very different style than I've found her most effective.
