EDIT** If you looked at this before it still had the Ghost mastery on it, I took that off gave one point to good hands, took a point out of expanded mind and awareness and put two points into sunder, this is to maximize the ASPD and Armor Pen the build can produce.

EDIT*** I had one point in Archmage's Savvy, needed to swap that or the Exhaust up and I took heal off for Teleport for the gank and lane support, you can change the second summoner spell out to whatever you preffer but I tend to use teleport flash or fortify.

Edit**** Okay major edits from my experiences with this build, I've maximized effectiveness and survivability.
