Why my guide?
This guide is currently a work in progress so any feedback, or even your opinions would be hugely appreciated :)
Ashe is an ADC who is best played with an aggressive support, she has a lot of power with her new kit after the rework if you can use it effectively. Her Ranger's Focus coupled with her Volley base damage at level 1 can enable you to dominate your lane and push an advantage from early to mid/late game.
This is almost standard on all adc's Flash enables you to quickly escape an incoming gank, where as Heal is fantastic to bait in your enemy or to get out of a potentially deadly situation.
This is viable but not recommended as you give up a lot of duo power than if you were running Heal
I would recommend Cleanse in a situation where the enemy has a lot of hard cc, due to you being almost irrelevant if the enemy can continuously delete you at the start of a fight.
Frenzy proc's off each of your auto attack once an enemy is slowed due to Frost Shot always critically striking. Essentially you will almost always have 15% extra attack speed!
Doran's Blade start as standard
Try to get your Avarice Blade as early as possible either before your B. F. Sword or immediately after.
Once you have completed your Infinity Edge + Berserker's Greaves + Bloodthirster you need to make a decision.
Black cleaver is fantastic, the movement speed buff (+30) on killing an enemy proc's off last hitting minion's this can help you kite around much easier. Also to note, when you have 5 stacks on your Ranger's Focus it will proc 5% armor reduction for each arrow in you're flurry plus the CDR isn't bad either.
You want to get Last Whisper before Black Cleaver if you are behind and in desperate need of the armor shred. So just be smart and make a decision accordingly.
You want to opt for this as either your 5th or 6th item, feel free to take PD as your 5th if you feel you need the movespeed or extra crit.
With regards to selling this, you want to look to do it after you have completed your 5 other items, preferable purchasing Phantom Dancer in its place. Alternatively if you don't think the game is going to reach you at full build, or you need the power now look to upgrade this into a Statikk Shiv where you see fit (I wouldn't recommend it though)
If the enemy team are neglecting armor you can swap out Last Whisper for Youmuu's Ghostblade but I am yet to do this.

Start with your Volley, the early game power of this ability is outrageous, the 40 base damage plus 100% AD is fantastic to gaining that level 1 advantage so make sure you look to poke your enemy with it level 1 any chance you get.
I like to alternate between my Volley & Ranger's Focus this enables you too maximize your damage output in lane. When you get to around level 3 on your Volley you will have sufficient AD to then finish maxing your Ranger's Focus as your damage output will be greater (due to the %AD damage not improving on your Volley but improving drastically on your Ranger's Focus at 5 stacks.
Jungle camp lvl1? : If possible you can start with your Ranger's Focus if you're going to take a jungle camp with you're support, I would advise you leeching all the exp for an instant level 2 as you're power is outrageous.
Level 1 : Look to use your Volley to poke you're enemy and use its high base damage to gain an early advantage in lane.
Level 2 + : Try to maintain 5 stacks on your Ranger's Focus where possible and if the enemy laner is slightly out of position try to get a few flurry of arrows off on them.
Once laning phase is over I would advise at this point to get your Hawkshot as you can use it scout when placing deep wards, or to check an area for your team (always look to over shoot this ability as it grants vision as it fly's)
