Removes all disables and summoner spell debuffs affecting your champion and lowers the duration of incoming disables by 65% for 3 seconds. (Does not remove the healing reduction from ignite) 210 second cooldown.

Quicksilver Sash is probably a better item to get as it removes ALL debuffs. I used to take clairvoyance for lack of a better spell, but that's not the case anymore, and I honed my reactions time as Gangplank using Remove Scurvy to the point that i can completely block cc by timing it correctly. So I think using this will be a very good fit. I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.
