Chapter 1
Start at blue and have mid pull it. Go to dogs, wraiths, red (smite will be back), mini-golems, gank top, wraiths, dogs, gank bottom.
Proceed to roam until they surrender at 20. If they don't, get yourself killed or just teleport back and outright buy a wriggles and a boot. That's all there is too it.
