Introduction

This is an offtank top lane Malphite build. It revolves around early/mid game dominance in lane, and high burst+cc mid/late. The AD runes help last hit extremely early, and help a lot in harassing champions who are trying to flee (orb walking). The boots can be changed to Merc Treads or Ninja Tabi if you feel that you're not tanky enough. Early chalice helps keep your mana up at all times, the Abysal helps with taniness and high burst+harass. You can either go straight for Athenes next or Randuin, depending on if your team needs the extra cc; the Athenes helps even more with mana and CDR. The Rylai is for end game teamfights, if you can somehow afford it then you can shut down the enemy team for white a while (Ult + E + Randuin with Ryali will provide one man AOE shutdown of any autoattacks or movement for a few seconds.), and you can Q targets to help your ADC kite. If you ever get to 6th item, you can get GA or Frozenheart (If no one on your team has a frozen heart, you should get it after Abysal if your team looks like it will need it)
