i know u hav multiplee guides but starting with boots just makes no sense. And one guide is dps which isn't really viable on malphite at all cnsidering he is best played as tank. He doesn't really need ap either since he can gain damage from armor. sry -1

@Mooninites: Well thanks for the criticism seismic shard is mana heavy and that's why I get clarity and it works. I pick harassing over farming early game because thats how I play If you think your way is so right you can make your own guide. I do get a point early in brutal strikes for the passive and the added tankyness and I max ground slam second for the farming which usually coincides nicely with around the time I get my sunfire cape and clarity also allows you to spam skills a little more and recover nicely

clarity really isn't the best option on malphite. also you want to get sunfire cape first and max out ground slam to help farm minions. Brutal strikes is the second skill you want to max out to weaken the minions before slamming them. The activation also gives you an additional 20% armor which will make you more tanky early game when you don't have the items per-say. I recommend only 1 point in seismic shard at level 1 simply for the slow. The damage is fairly good at max rank, but it is extremely mana heavy and isn't the best form of harass.
