I think that these are the best tanking runes for every tank,
Armor, Magic resist, flat health
And ofc. armor is the best for malp for his third skill, alot of aoe dmg.

I took these masteries for getting highest tanking abilities i think they are thes best.
Hope you also think so.

If you got your build complete you will do huge dmg, huge hp huge armor huge magic resist And I took Hextech gunblade for 1 big reason.
You'r thornmail will do magic dmg on your target so I thought with hextech you can do active passive of it, And you will get health becouse of the spell vamp. try it it will realy help you!!!

I took this skill sequence for highest support and dmg. becouse if you activate your second skill and than your first skill than third skill is huge dmg on them very nice her***ement.

I took ghost and heal becouse of
ghost for catching up and ulti on them to finish or get your team to it.
