I am new to this website and I will glady take in your comments and try to improve this build however I can.

Malphite can be played very easily as a tank, all that you have to do is use his pasive granite sheild. Doing so can make malphite much tougher and much more lethal when fighting. The trinity force is a very good item on malphite, it will give him good attack damage, mana, ability power, and movement speed to chase down cowards running from the rock monster. Also there are many good pasive that makes you a better damage dealer then you appear. If it seems you lack health in the start but with granite sheild you will be fine.

The reason why I have flash and ignite as summoner spells are these reasons: flash for a quick and easy escape and ignite to dominate in the start. Malphite sesimic shard ability can act like a ghost because it speeds you up and slows them down.

Runes
I try to make it so that malpithe start out with good hp and can take tons of hits in the beginning and hp per level dont make that big of a difference. The glyphs are because malphite needs the cooldown reduction.
Item
I try to start off malphite strong and make him do that the whole way through. The start is very crucial for all charecters but I feel as if malphite needs it more then some others. Stacking hp is important and helps the passive granite shield. Also try to be as supportive as possible when playing, such as spamming the randuins omen ability.

Early game
Try to hit off the seismic shard when its possible, but do it about every 15+ secs. Also hide in a bush or take some cover when the sheild is down until it returns. When you hit around level 6 save up about 300 mana and make sure the enemy your targeting has under 300 health, all you do is unleash all your abilities on it at once. This is the order: unstopable force, seismic shard, ground slam if they arnt dead then chase them down with brutal strikes.

Mid game
This is probably were malphite is weakest if you havent had a good start. Just use alot of the same strategy in mid except you can stretch out the numbers a bit more.

Late game
Malphite is great late game but keep in mind your sheild is still important and can be a good tower diving component. Also you are a squishies worst nightmare pick them off when they hit half health

Malphite can also be played as damage just switch out the major tank items and replace them for a mixture of attack damage and ability power. I hope this stack will allow you to dominate your opponents, good luck and have fun!
